Community Systems Group provides essential technical assistance and technology to funders and supporters of public health improvement and social justice movements. CSG's technology and assistance build the ability of community members to take better action and create needed change. Our partnership should leave new tools and skills behind, insuring that both funders and the communities they support can continue the work begun during their relationship with CSG.

Funders of public health improvement and social justice movements face a unique set of challenges as they work to build stronger communities across the country.

Funders and the communities they support often do not have reliable local data about the problems being addressed. Funders find it difficult to support a large number of grantees that are at great distances from each other and the funder. Funders are also challenged to "add up" the results of their entire grantmaking portfolio and show their contribution to improvement in health outcomes.

CSG has experience with a variety of funders crafting and implementing unique solutions that help our partners meet these and other key challenges.
